He came to TechBinderApp with one ask — build the AI coach that sits between a generic app and an expensive human trainer. One that actually listens, adapts, and talks back.

What We Built

A cross-platform AI fitness coaching app that adapts every workout in real time — mid-session — based on how the user is actually performing, not how the plan assumed they would.

We built RepSync on Flutter, integrated GPT-4o for the adaptive coaching engine, ElevenLabs for natural voice narration, and OpenAI Whisper for hands-free voice command recognition — giving users a genuinely conversational coaching experience from warmup to cooldown, without touching the screen once.
